File tips
Get it right the first time.
- Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) give the sharpest results
- Photos and images should be 300 dpi at the final size
- Add 1/8" bleed on anything that prints to the edge
- Outline your fonts, or send the font files in a .zip
- No file? Send what you have and we will help

What happens next
From file to finished product
1. We check your file
Our team reviews resolution, colours and sizing, and flags anything that needs fixing.
2. You approve a proof
We send a digital proof or mock-up, usually within one business day.
3. We produce and deliver
Once approved, your order goes into production and ships on the date we confirm.
