What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Many promo items start at 50 to 250 pieces, apparel can start as low as 12, and print jobs like business cards start at 250. Ask us and we will find an option that fits.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after proof approval. Rush service is available on many products.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The price per piece drops as quantity goes up, and we will show you the price breaks on your quote.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Visit our Langley showroom to handle samples, or ask about pre-production samples for large orders.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG can work for full-colour printing.
What resolution do my images need?
For print, images should be 300 dpi at the final size. For large signs, 150 dpi is usually enough.
I don't have a logo file. Can you help?
Yes. Our designers can recreate your logo or design artwork from scratch.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Always. We send a digital proof or mock-up for approval before anything goes into production.
Which decoration method should I choose?
It depends on the item, colours and budget. Screen print suits bulk runs, embroidery looks premium, and laser engraving suits metal drinkware. We will recommend the best fit.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. We match Pantone colours for print and thread colours for embroidery.
Do you print custom sizes?
Yes. Most print and signage products can be made to custom sizes and shapes.
Do you install signs and wraps?
Yes. We offer installation for vehicle wraps, window graphics and most signage in the Lower Mainland.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Promotional product orders that meet our qualifying minimum ship free anywhere in BC. Ask us for the current minimum on your quote.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders can be picked up at 20330 Logan Ave in Langley during business hours.
